How to hire the parish hall

To hire the hall please check which room you require using the guide below. Then check the Calendar to see if the required room is free at your desired time. Please note that whilst every effort will be taken to keep this calendar up to date there might be a slight delay between bookings being made and them appearing on the calendar.

After this step please contact Mary Leslie (673 305) in order to reserve your time slot. To confirm booking we require you to read the Terms & Conditions, and provide us with a signed Booking Form (which can be obtained at the bottom of this page).

The main hall may be hired on an HOURLY basis for £7.50/hour, subject to the following:
  • The bookings are at the trustee’s discretion.
  • A booking form is completed, submitted and accompanied by the appropriate fee before use of the facilities takes place.
  • Casual rates are only available during morning and afternoon sessions.
